Are they taking the p*ss out of Raef and Michael's tissue ad with Sian Lloyd appearing randomly in his daydream?

I laughed out loud and thought of Raef and Michael when I first saw it.

It's very random and very funny.

The same thought crossed my mind - but the key with advertising is to make something memorablke and the insurers have done that.

I noticed this as well and thought it was hilarious.

There is also another ad for curanail (fungal nail infection stuff) which I think is a bit like a homage to the "they're anti-bacterial" advert
