Lord Toffingham
Can anyone remember the Lord Toffingham ice cream on a stick? It had gorgeous chewy toffee in the middle.

Yes I remember them well, they were positively orgasmic! I had a friend who couldnt' pass a shop with a Wall's ice-cream sign outside, without going in and buying one. No wonder she's a big girl now, bless her

I remember something which had a nice soft toffee centre... but i don't recall it being called Lord Toffingham - when Walls originally bought it out it was called something a lot shorter than that... but i can't for the life of me remember what!!

Lord Toffingham .....
I don't remember it at all, even after googling it and looking at sqibble's link.. Perhaps it didn't reach Wales. Did you all go to Fandango Island?

I don't remember those in the sixties - mind you I didn't bother much with sweets and icecream then - I was so skinny! Must have been something to do with sweet rationing after the War - I never had any sweets
so what you don't have you don't miss!
