Hi,

I bought my Samsung 37" lcd 11 months ago and its amazing... words cannot describe the quality of the picture (even compared to a friends sony brava)

However I have a couple of bugs with it that I can't decide whether to get fixed?

1. two of the small buttons on the screen (bottom right) don't work very well. I always use the remote so its not a problem really.

2. Sometimes my PS 3 will not handshake properly with the TV via HDMI. I have to switch off tv and ps3 at the mains, wait a minute and try again. this works most of the time. I have had the ps3 replaced as i originally thought the HDMI chip had fried but it must be the TV.

Both of these are not major issues but as I am 11 months into a 12 month warranty I am thiniking of maybe trying yo get a replacement.

Anyone tried such a thing through Dixons? I really don't want it sent away for 6 weeks to be fixed if that is their usual response
