I have a Sagem RC 815 Pro, and it has started cutting out all the time. And when I go to charge up the battery, the indicator never stops charging - it just goes on and on, so it's never fully charged. And now it won't go on at all and just cuts out, even when I plug it into the mains.

I was thinking that it could be the battery that is going dead because afterall, the phone is nearly 4 years old. I hope it's this as it is still a really good phone.

Does anyone therefore know anywhere whre I could possibly get a new battery for it or could help me?

Yes it sounds like the battery has had its day. You can find a new one for £13 from Batteries Worldwide. I have used them and they are great.

ebay usually have loads of batteries!

I have went onto that site Everything Goes and it looks really good. Free postage as well and only 12.99. I'm well impressed.
