BT Online billing not much good

At the top its got "Cut off date 24 Jul 2008" but the calls only go up to 11 Jul in the recent usage. Is this normal?

Also, if i go into calling features, or calling plan, this doesnt work - and never has. I always get

"We're sorry
Sorry, we can't change your Calling Plan at the moment. Please call us on 0800 800 150 to continue"

The same for the friends and family:
We're sorry, an error has occurred with your request. Please try again later or call our advisors for more information.

Have noticed the exact same problem.

Paid recent bill, but online recent usage list is only telling me of calls made that have already been paid for.

Also have the same problem regarding the calling features etc.

The whole BT online billing site is a joke.
