Using Bovril as a spread
I have been doing this for years but other people seem to think it's really weird. Why?
![]() It's the same consistency as Marmite. It comes in the similar jar to Marmite. I think it tastes much, much nicer than Marmite when spread on toast. What's the problem? |

My grandparents, parents, sister and I have all eaten it for years. Now my kids love it too. Mrs Boat thinks we're all mad!

I love it too!!! You need nice thick bread and the butter needs to melt before you spread the Bovril - delish!!
