O2 is annoying me
Yesterday I emailed O2 questioning a problem I had with my phone and without even asking me, they responded that they going to swap the phone again with a new one. The phone I currently I have is from last week swapping. I don't want to swap the phone again, I just want them to issue a official upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1! What can I do now.. it would seem they already sent to swap over to DPD..

What do you expect if you e-mail them?
Did you say what you wanted in the e-mail? Ring them and tell them what you would like if you have been having problems with your phone. I have always been happy with the service from O2. |

And as we have no idea what was wrong with the phone (or even what the model of the phone was) I don't see how we can decide whether O2's response was good. Neither can we decide what to do next.
And I have no idea what DPD is?! |

You should give us details of what you wrote in your e-mail to them, either way can you not call them up?
