Anyone know anything about these? My local Tesco's has just brought forth a whole section of the chiller cabinet filled with nothing but Polish sausages, meats, hams and poultry, all richly garlanded with names featuring many z's w's and k's. What, for example are kielbasa mysliwska, (4 cooked sausages) a package of which I have just bought? How should I serve them? Back a couple of years ago, I thought Lidl's selection of continental meats was revolutionary, but even that has now been outdone.

Just treat it like cooked ham, which is basically what it is. My personal favourites are Kabanos, which I mix in with pasta and rice dishes to give it a little flavour.
