Hi,

I'm not really that clued up on mobile phones. i have an o2 contract that is £4 a month but no free texts. I think they cost me 10p each. Is there a way to add something to my contract to give me cheaper texts. I send 20 a month.

thanks
Paul.

If you only send 20 a month probably best just sticking as you are. Most bolt ons are designed for heavier usage than yours

Hi paul did you mean £40 a month? right, also how long have you been with o2? if you have been with o2 for over 6 months call 2211 from your o2 phone to get o2 treats for free every month, you can choose from the following as far as im aware.

10 anytime mins
10 any network texts
off peak mins i dont know how many
happy hour texting between 7pm-8pm everyday

the one you want is 10 texts if your sending 20 a month theres 10 there for you free!

complete details here

And the treats vary, depending on your spend. But you will still get one.

They might not. The pay monthly terms say that they have to spend on average £10 a month to get treats

How many mins are you getting for that? You might be better off on Pay & Go
