Why was i charged for sending an E-Mail?
I currently have 3's £15 mix and match tariff along with their £5 unlimited data bolt on. I just got my first bill through and noticed that i'd been charged about 80p for sending an e-mail.
I'm a bit confused with this as 1 - I thought that my unlimited data transfer would allow me to do this for free and 2 - the only e-mail i've been able to send so far was a picture through my 3mail account which didn't send anyway! Could someone clear this up for me please? |

You need to contact 3, who can see your account details and why you were charged.

How did you send the email - did you use 3's mobile mail service, or the standard phone email app (eg messaging on nokia) or an internet site?
it appears if you use anything other then mobilemail, you get charged... |
