Like the title says!

Not a macaroni cheese but like a goats cheese or weird cheese type of pasta dish or gnocci idea for my tea tonight.

I feel like something delicious. I am contemplating taking the OH out for a meal as I really want a yummy dinner.

Anyone got any good yummy pasta recipes they want to share?

Too late now I guess but:

Fry some mushrooms in garlic butter with some cherry tomatoes which have been scored with a knife or cut in half. (You could add a small amount of tarragon here if you like it and some peas, if you want to).

Add half a small pot of single cream or Greek yoghurt mixed with some single cream or sour cream. Add more cream or whatever, if needed.

Put on a pan of gnocchi or pasta. Drain when cooked.

Add some frozen spinach (frozen is best for this) to pan of mushrooms. Mix around until unfrozen.

Put gnocchi in oven proof flat lasagne type dish. Add spinach and mushroom mixture. Mix up with lots of black pepper. Top with generous helping of Parmesan or strong cheddar/Parmesan mix and warm up under the grill until cheese has melted or warm through in the oven. Serve with salad
