Hi!

You're tired after a hard day.

If you could choose, which chef would you like to cook you a wonderful dinner and sit down and share it with you?

Any favourites you'd like them to cook for you?

Nigella.

Scallops with chorizo.
Spicy scrambled eggs.
Maple chicken and ribs.
Chocolate pistachio fudge.

I'd like to watch her eat pancakes with blueberry syrup. With her hands.

Rick Stein.

I find him amiable, good stories, good cook and self-deprecating.

And I love fish.

Good call on Rick Stein, saw him doing a demonstration at a food show earlier in the year, seems like a nice chap and really loves his food.

I'd say Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, no one else would come close really, he's a legend.

Ina Garten or that handsome Rocky Durham? Can I have both?

I love those little muffins that Ina makes so some of those.
I love the hot chocolate Ina makes,so some of that too.
I love Ina's Crunchy Noodle Salad with some smoked salmon
I love the "Plates From The States" that Rocky does. I loved the look of his peach cobbler.

Marco P-W, I can just hear those velvet tones now:
Would you like some more sauce darling?

I would eat anything he cooked

Keith Floyd in his hayday!
There was just something about him, that whole pouring some wine into casserole, pouring some wine into himself - now thats how I like to cook.
He was a charmer

I've just remembered the galloping gourmet but im not opting for him, im just remembering all the chefs from that tv era.

Jun Tanaka.

He makes food I like to eat and seems to be such a nice person. He should have his own TV series.

Nigel Slater, cooking one of his more indulgent cheese and potato suppers. Good food and intelligent conversation.

I like Brian Turner. Not the best chef, but the guy cracks me up.

Jean Christophe Novelli, I honestly wouldn't mind what he cooked as long as desert had chocolate in it somewhere.

Shallow is my middle name.
