Is there a regular mobile phone that will run Skype over WiFi when in range? I use Skype at work on the PC and it would be useful to carry it around with me. I don't want to carry two handsets. I don't want to use Skype via my mobile operator.

Thanks

See if your device runs Fring.

I use it on my iPhone 1st Gen and it's really great. I believe it was said that VOIP apps would be allowed in the new App store for the iPhone 3G as long as they were wifi only too.

Nokia N95 on Three network? The N95 has wi-fi and Three are in partnership with Skype, so the N95 will probably be installed on their handsets.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm looking to buy a contract free handset as I'm happy with my current o2 simplicity SIM. Three don't have anything that can match that at the moment.
