Orange problem - contract
Hi, i have been with orange a few years now, never had any problems, recently upgraded, got put on an 18th month contract, however i had move house recently and do not get any coverage in my new flat.
i have rung orange who say "we cant guarantee coverage" and that to get out my contract i would have to pay my line rental for the remainder of my contract - £414 !! (which i cant afford), seems unfair to have to pay for a service i cant use. ![]() Is there anything i can do, i cant use my phone at home as there is no coverage (both in the flat and in the street). i dont have a land line, so have no other way to contact people |

Its not oranges fault you moved house. People need to accept mobile phones are just that, mobile. They are not a replacement to a landline for everybody. There are going to be areas you dont get signal.
However, id ask them if there is a lower contract you can change to. |
