Hi,

Can someone please advise me on how to simply open the back of this phone?

I have just brought it and can't get the back open to charge and there aren't instructions with it in how. I have searched online and found people with the same problem but no solution...

It's getting a bit silly now...3 hrs of 3 diff people trying (all with degrees).

HELP! I know I can go in the shop tomorrow but this is so frustrating, there must be a way...

Thanks!

It might be possible that the cover was put on incorrectly and now cannot be correctly opened.

Hopefully someone with hands on experience with the V8 can help.

Just looked up some photos of the phone..

Its quite different to other Moto's which usually have a silver bit where you press on and the cover flips off...

There isn't anything obvious on the cover to suggest which way you push.

I would suggest pushing down on the cover and trying to slide upwards?

No it shouldnt be..

Sometimes they are complicated and take a few mins to work out but there is defo something wrong here!

Really you need a V8 owner to help.. hopefully someone here has a V8!
