Samsung SGH 900 Mobile - Text problem
I recently got the above mobile phone, and it has developed an odd problem with texting. Basically when I text the words "you" or "do" it defaults to numbers so "you" reads as 968 and "do" as 36. This happens automatically regardless whether I change the text setting.
Has anyone else had the same problem and know how to fix it? Very grateful for any advice, before I take it back. |

I'm sure you've missed a letter out of the model number is it a SGH D900 or a SGH E900 or a SGH U900?

Hi there
Sorry - well spotted yes, it's a SGH U900. |

This issue has been reported in several reviews of the U900 Soul, all you can do is hope a fix becomes available (ie newer firmware). It was also present in early review models of the Tocco, so it seems it may have been fixed.
