Just wondered if there was anybody else around who might actually get to be on the apprentice? I am awaiting a phone call to find out - I have been through each stage, and should find out next week...

What's it like applying for it? I mean, what happens in the process?

Not allowed to tell I'm afraid!!!

I'm sure we'll be allowed to talk at some point, so if that's the case, I'll let you know then. If not - I guess you'll have to apply yourself!!

I forgot they start filming earlier than it airs (late September, early october I believe). But didn't they only do the second round of interviews at the end of April? Surely you posting this at the beginning of August means that there's only 2 to 3 stages which is not much for a show that gets thousands and thousands of auditionees.

Also can you post again to tell us whether you got through or not? As long as you don't reveal your name there's nothing they can do about it .

When I applied last year I had an initial "audition" where you had to give a short (30sec) reason why you should be the next Apprentice.

Then it was a longer group interview. I went out at that stage, but was told that it went on to a second longer interview, then an individual interview. Then it was TV testing, then it was the final cut.

the final auditions have not been completed yet and no one ever WAITS for a telephone call. Good try Candyman but not good enough.

Oh forgot to day, I work in media moreso in TV work.

My impression is that you're never really allowed. This year there was a supposed to be an embargo lifted 30 days after the final was broadcast, and when it was Simon started posting his diary, but he had to pull it. Each year seems more restrictive than the previous.

Did the OP make it into this year's Apprentice?
