Long term I've read that the Macs are actually cheaper in cost. You also end up with the best built computers that are easy to use and where you can still use Windows if you want.

I'm not a Mac user but I have to give credit where credit is due. Apple does make fine and easy to use products. Next to my PC my iPod is easily the most useful electronic device I have ever owned.
