HoH competition is in 3 parts with the first being an endurance test. The HG's have to hold onto a key with both hands........but sneaky BB have brought in a "Hail" machine just to cool things off a little. Alison took off her sweater before the competition so things may be a little on the cold-side for her!!!!
There seems to be some confusion as to whether they have to keep both hands on the key...or just one at the moment......and somehow Ali has managed to retrieve her sweater!!!! |

that sounds the same as last year. It was obvious Lisa would win HoH last year but this year I cant predict who will win this comp. I can see it going on for a while. I reckon Jun will be first out and I think Ali will be HoH.
I just took a look. Its the same idea as lasy year but they arent in a pool this time (in dinghys) |

Competition started at 6:53 pm BB time and continues at 7:35 BB time.
This is only part one of the three-part final HOH competition. The winner tonight automatically advances to part three which should happen live next Wednesday. The other two players will compete in part two during the week--likely an around-the-house task competition. |

oh right. I remember that now from last year, now that you mention it.
I think its better to just make it an endurance test, since this takes mental strength. Any other type of comps can be won on luck but thats life I spos. anyone watchin on feed 1, if the pix are slow, move to another feed. Too many on feed 1 (I reckon) |

Yes, there seems to be speculation that there will be no eviction next week because at the end of the show ...Julie said....join us again next week......... she didnt say her usual, ....Join us again for next weeks eviction. Also, the HG's were informed today that the show would be going on for a week longer than they originally thought it would. |

TV listings show the 10th eviction next Wednesday. The eviction should happen immediately after the live final part of the HOH competition. If not next Wednesday, that would mean next Friday..

Ali and Jun have talked about Jun letting Ali win tonight to advance to part three if Robert is out first. Jun feels she could still beat Robert head-to-head in part two.
8:05 pm update-- The latest snow and ice storm just subsided--those are coming about every ten or fifteen minutes. |

JUN OUT AT 8:22 pm.
Deal-making in progress. Robert asking Ali to go to finals if Ali wins HOH. She told Robert she will take him to finals 99% if she wins HOH. Robert tells Ali he will take her regardless. Still waiting for result. |

Can't believe that Robert made a deal with Ali, allowing her to win the first part of HoH......and he trusts her to take him to the final over Jun....yeah right !. What an idiot you are Robert.
At this stage you should have hung in there and not given an inch, no deals with anyone at this stage. He deserves to miss out now.

But I wonder if he made a deal because he had no choice, without sounding too nasty towards Robert, he is a bit of a weed, and I don't think endurance is his strong point, so I think he would have had to give up anyway, but tried to make a deal out of it as a last shot, so as to look like he went willingly. That's what I think anyway. |

yeah but the problem was he was wanting to give up so badly.
it wasnt really a deal. He sort of made it sound like a deal at first, but he really just ended up saying I would take you so it would be good if you took me. He said he respected her game blah blah but he didnt ask for a deal, just that she should take it into consideration (which she wont). Im guessing he thinks he can beat Jun in round 2. He will need to. |

I think he felt a bit secure cos Ali was agreeing with his trashing of Jun so maybe this gave him false security but he was desperate to give up  |
