Hi
Does anyone know if you can just pick up a Virgin E-topup card from a shop like other networks, or do you have to actually have to phone them up and request one. Have looked on the site but haven't found any info, although I know they do them.

To get an e-top up card, register your virgin phone on their website and you can do all sort of things when you log in such as set up free text alerts and order a top up card or even buy a new mobile phone for £10 off the advertised price.

You don't actually get £10 off, they just don't send you a new SIM with it, which costs £10 on its own.

Go on the Virgin Mobile Website and order one from there.

Picky! - The point I was making was you get a phone upgrade for £10 cheaper than buying from the main sales part of the site which as I understand it can only be bought with a sim card, so yes in essence getting £10 off, but yes, no new sim card!

I don't bother with the E-top as buying top cards from a Vrigin Megastore gives me an extra £1 top-up although they are not supposed to do it with Airtime. But i dont complain.

Thanks, sorted now. I don't actually bother with E-topup, the question was for someone else, there not bothered about the net so I phoned up and sorted it.

As for the posts above about upgrading your phone and getting £10 off because you don't get a sim, if your phone is more than £79 at the moment you get a sim anyway plus £10 topup voucher. That's the promotion there doing for new customers too, apart from the fact that you end up with two sims and £10 topup if your not upgrading.
