This is nice, free texts and mins (217 texts, 43 mins) for 16-24s. free as you get ads to your phone, but small price to pay really. http://************/5nnpew

No its rubbish, cant get the settings in order to be able to receive the MMS messages, no matter how many times you try. Also because of that, you never get the free calls and texts. But i have a friend on it who says its working fine so how come it would not work for me in 3 different unlocked phones using 3 different sims?

No it accepts my birth date (24 actually) but when i get the sim it refuses to call/text, noone can call/text it and no MMS ads come through.

DXRulz go to the blyk forums and get help there, the customer service is very active on the board and they can check our account personally, they should be able to find out what the problem is. The blyk site has a list of compatible phones too.

Apparantly they require your passport details, however I was asked for no such details when I signed up and I've been using the service for a week today.

Get a Nokia 6300. You can't go far wrong with them!

Will a blyk sim work in an unlocked nokia 3220? as this was one of the phones i tried with one of my previous 3 blyk sims and it didnt work. But now its on the compatibility list so maybe they have updated their systems for this phone to work with the network?

DXRulz - it should work in any unlocked phone

my son had big probs to start with, settings just wouldnt work

it was really bizarre, on the helpline they told him to go to a reasonable sized town at least a mile or 2 from where we live and try again

sounded like some kind of wind up to me, but he did it and it worked...........

a few interim problems ( posted elsewhere on here) but at leaast they had the decency to apologise and give £5 as goodwill gesture, which was quite impressive as most companies dont seem to give a sh*t about anything these days !
he was about to give up with them but all good at the mo....

Got the settings and welcome message, it did more than the last 3 times! Wouldnt even do that!

Anyway when i log in on Your Blyk, this message appears...

It seems that settings in your phone are not saved correctly. Blyk cannot deliver your daily brand messages or give your monthly 217 texts and 43 minutes before you fix your settings.
Find step by step instructions for setting up your phone to Blyk.
Why? I have the settings and it sent the welcome message, what more does it want?!
