To be honest Sharon was next to useless last year IMO she looked like she just didn't care - her song choice apart from 2 were woeful.

I liked Sharon in the first 3 series but lost some respect for her last year.

Cheryl has no X Factor

The X Factor's new judge Cheryl Cole has admitted she has a weak singing voice, despite her chart success with record breaking girlband Girls Aloud.

Cole, who replaces Sharon Osbourne in the show which starts on Saturday, said she would never try the ballads sung by some of the contestants.

"I know my limits and am realistic about my ability. I would never attempt a Whitney or Mariah song," she said

I know it's just a snappy title to make a better headline, but despite not having the strongest singing voice, there's no denying that girl has 'the X factor'. I think she's an amazing all-round popstar, one of my favourites of all-time. Memorizing to watch live for all the things she does when she's NOT singing. I love her.

I can't see Cheryl managing the groups for some reason, even though she's part of GA. I think she'd do better with the 18-24 boys/girls.

I hope the live shows are good this year - last year I didn't enjoy them as much as usual. I think Cheryl will spice things up and add the X Factor to X Factor.
