Premium text message offering 2 free no line rental 3G phones

I was sent a text message this evening from one of these dodgy premium rate lines, but it wasn't the usual 'You have won a holiday' crap - it was 2 free 3G phones with no line rental - I called the £1.50/min line for a few seconds but I had a feeling i might be kept on the line for about an hour so I hung up. Has anyone else called up one of these lines to get the phones, and if so, how long did you have to wait on the line to get the phones?
