Bluetooth Headphones

I have a Samsung Tocco on route to my house at present and was wondering about getting bluetooth headphones for it as it would come in handy to use that phone to listen to music times when I don't want to take my iPod with me (eg going on nights out and the walk to/from).

Just wondering with bluetooth headphones (in regards to bluetooth enabled phones obviously) do you need to use the adaptor that comes with, or is that for mp3 players and such? It may be an obvious question but I was just wondering.

Furthermore can anyone reccomend any in the under-£30 range.
