Voda Renewal due
I'm currently on 200mins/500 texts for £30 per month
![]() Obvious room for improvement! Wot do you think i could get at my renewal if i threaten them with leaving? ![]() My wish list is unlimited texts, a new phone (ain't decided on which one), not so bothered about minutes, about 200 will do, but i wanna pay less £20 per month. Would they entertain my demands? |

Cancellations very respectful in dealing with this and have said if I see anything I like to get in touch with them and they will make an offer as an existing customer. All you can do is ask and see if they can meet your needs. |

Clearly room for improvement, check out other network sites and compare the tariffs to vodafones, find the best suited tariff and ask them for lower the cost of it. If you like your current tariff ask them to lower the cost. with what your getting you should be paying £15 pm.

i think your requirements are a bit optimistic. whilst retentions have some flexibility there are limits. i think if you ask for that they'll just say no.
really you need to have an alternative in mind, you need to say on XYZ network i can get this or that. so do your research before you speak to them. it's also worth while noting how much the handsets cost. if you look at the pay as you go price, or the price on very low contracts. have a realistic idea of what you might get. |

they can usually improve slightly on the sim only deal for the simple fact that they tie you in for 12-18 months.

I had Vodafone call me last week informing me as my contract is up for renewal would i be interested in a new phone, I said i''ve been interested in the Samsung Tocco. They also said they could improve my tariff which was 200mins 500txts...They offered me a free Tocco, 500 mins unlimited txts, internet and email for £35...which I'm very happy with.
