Hi there,

My friend whos on Orange has the same phone as me on T-Mobile we both have a MotoRAZR Maxx V6.

My friends Orange phone has that horrible Orange branding on it along with that Orange bar on the side. My friends first phone worked perfectly for many months until he dropped it in the sea.(whoops!) Now Orange have replaced it twice but the replacements have had the Orange bar in the wrong resolution so it isnt displaying properly (the text and images are overlapping, the time and date are cut off, icons flicker).

In addition to this the phone crashes very often..

I fear that Orange are going to keep sending out replacements with the same problem as they must be being flashed by Orange before sending out.

What would be the best way of getting through to Orange that there is an inherent software problem with the branding? Does anyone here work for Orange who might know the department which deals with this?

I spoke with technical who said they would be sending out the same phone again :/
