Chicken...
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last time, I had the chicken breast fillet pitta with pineapple and cheddar. I have had that on a burger before but it kept slipping around and annoyed me. Make sure you get some perinaise to dip your chips in. The frozen yogurt is also to die for. Think I might get a takeaway from there on Friday night actually. Yum. |

Go for a whole chicken (if your with your mates), becareful which sauce you have on it, medium is hot, hot is blooming hot!!
Took my OH earlier in the year as he had never been, the service was fab! It was all on the table 5 mins after ordering. Enjoy |

The sauces are great in Nandos but the quality of the chicken is terrible. The lack of table service to have your order taken is ridiculous as well.

I always get lemon and herb 1/4 chicken, chips and either garlic bread or corn on the cob. The chips aren't that great, I've noticed they just deep fry Mccains oven chips but I do like the food in general. Oh and they sell lovely bottles of cider.

Went to Nandos at Glasgow Fort last week - amazing!
1. Service was first class - not one tiny complaint. And the place was full - they were turning loads of people away, but still great service. 2. Free drinks top-ups. 3. Food was amazing. I had Peri-Peri chicken in Portugal and it was crap, got it in Nandos and it was amazing. 4. Good prices. I thought it would be really expensive, but it was fine. Cant wait to go back! |

We were down in London a few months ago and and had lunch in Nandos on the South Bank (Southwark). I really enjoyed it - we were sitting at one of the outside tables in the blazing sun, with great food and wine. Fabulous.
I actually didn't know that there were any in Scotland but then I heard about the ones in Glasgow - must give them a try. I love their sauces, especially the extra hot peri peri. I have that in the house a lot. When I was in Dubai last year I noticed there was a Nandos there too! |

Theres quite a few in Scotland. One in Stirling just opened, one in Silverburn just opened and one in Livingston opening when the new shopping centre opens in a couple of months.

Well I enjoyed my first Nando's experience - though I wish I had gone for the extra hot.
I had chicken in pitta with salad and cheese, with chips and garlic bread, and shared someone elses coleslaw. I then had a "Naughty Natas" and double Espresso

I love Nandos, I prefer ordering at the counter, it makes everything quicker.
I don't eat meat, but I really enjoy all the veggie food, and I have everything extra hot. |

Am not much of a Nando's fan - its just bland chicken with some so so sauce, served with terrible chips.

If you want some serious chicken, go to Jamaica and try some jerk chicken. I've just come back from two weeks over there and I've developed an addiction!
(but don't pour the sauce all over everything, just put a bit on the side for dipping )

I am going tomorrow. I can't wait. I think it will be a 1/4 chicken, chips, and coleslaw. I will report back tomorrow on it.

Free drinks top-ups.
The wife and I usually share a drink. We normally only have 1 between us and then get 1 fill up, as it's expensive to buy one each and only have the one (don't like too much fizzy drink). I'd prefer for them to charge a little less for non top-up ones as they are quite expensive if you just want 1 glass. We don't take the micky though. I'm a cheap-skate I know. I love the olives and nuts to start with as well. I like the HOT sauce. |
