Im just about to leave BT for Sky Talk for my phne service and i see on Sky,s website that people who take out Sky Talk get free calls to there Contact centres.

Is this true? and if so do they give out a Special number for there contact centres?

Im Moving to Sky talk on Aug 28th with the land rental from Sky.

I just wanted to know something will BT still have any control over my Landline at all after it has moved over to Sky Talk?

Also we will get a Final Bill from BT for the landline and any calls but could BT stop it moving over to Sky on the set date or stop us making any outgoing calls till there final bill has been paid?

no, i think you just ring 0870 2 404040 or what ever sky number u need. not 100% sure tho

dont ask me the technology of it, but if you have sky talk and call a sky number 08442 etc... they automatically filter it from your bill.

No, if you have a Sky Talk landline theres a number to call to get through to Sky, think it's 150.

You can dial 150 which takes you to sky for free or you can dial one of their 0844 numbers for free too.

You don't need to take their line rental to get free calls to their call centres - people like me get it too for using carrier pre-selection (still pay rental to BT). The 150 leads through to BT if you have their line rental so dialling the 0844 numbers is the way to do it on CPS lines.
