Pretty sure he did at least a couple for the highlights shows last week as well, if not more.

Thanks for the details Ian, but it's all very bizarre (STV's programming decisions that is, not your always informative posts).

They took the BBC's edit of Munster v the Blues, but didn't have highlights of Glasgow v the Scarlets? Unless the latter match had not concluded before STV Rugby went on air/was recorded, that makes no sense at all.

Elsewhere, commentating on Group One of the Championship League Darts for ten bookmakers websites (see PDC.tv for details) today are Stuart Pyke, Nigel Pearson and Alan Warriner-Little.

I've been able to dip in on bits from the first day of competition, but probably won't be able to watch much in future days so would appreciate it if someone could update the commentators used if their line-up changes over the duration of the tournament.

It will be interesting to see if this commentary line-up stays the same, I imagine it won't at least on Saturdays due to Nigel Pearson's commitments as talkSPORT's Matchday Live commentator.

Should have researched this before posting! A look at the Championship League Darts page on the PDC website tells me that the group stages will be taking place on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's over this and the next two weeks.

Therefore, Nigel and the others (including Pykey with his RL commentary commitments on Five Live) should be available for every day of the tournament.

In addition to Pyke, Pearson and AWL, I've heard Rod Harrington commentating on a few games this afternoon. Each game is being covered by a sole commentator rather than a duo.

I didn't see the end of the programme (as I switched back to Setanta Ireland) but Andy Nicol was updating the score throughout the programme.

My main focus tonight was the football on ESPN but I went on 301 and could access Fanscene (although I went manually by selecting the audio settings on the Freeview box)

He is. If you remember back Atherton, Lloyd and Hussain did much more work on the Twenty20 World Cup than Sir Ian did.
