Cricket (ITV4 unless otherwise stated)
Mumbai Indians v Royal Challengers Bangalore - IPL Semi-Final
Presenter: Jim Rosenthal Pundits: Ian Harvey and Simon Hughes Commentary from IPL World Feed team of Ravi Shastri, Laxman Sivaramakrishnan, Sunil Gavaskar, Harsha Bhogle, Robin Jackman, Mike Haysman, Danny Morrison and Pommie Mbangwa Deccan Chargers v Chennai Super Kings - IPL Semi-Final Presenter: Matt Smith Pundits: Mark Butcher and Ian Harvey Commentary from IPL World Feed team, as per 1st semi-final Royal Challengers Bangalore v Deccan Charges - IPL 3rd Place Match Presenter: Mandira Bedi Pundit: Dimitri Mascarenhas and Ian Harvey Commentary from IPL World Feed team, as per semi-finals Mumbai Indians v Chennai Super Kings - IPL Final Presenters: Matt Smith and Mandira Bedi Pundits: Dimitri Mascarenhas and Simon Hughes Commentary from IPL World Feed team, as per semi-finals A little disappointing from ITV in the knockout stages in my opinion, after doing so well previously. The consistency of early in the tournament lost with four different presenters/presenting combinations for four games, albeit affected by the volcanic ash cloud and Matt having to step in and do football on Wednesday at the last moment. Also, I would not have gone with Mascarenhas for the final and instead used Graeme Hick or Ronnie Irani who have been more regular pundits. Finally, I felt it was a bad decision to leave before the trophy presentation - surely the rugby highlights could have waited another half hour. However, the coverage has been excellent overall. Worcestershire Royals v Sussex Sharks - Clydesdale Bank 40 Group A (Sky Sports, Sunday 25th April) Presenter: Ian Ward (also commentating) Commentators: Nick Knight, Bob Willis, Paul Allott and Mark Butcher |

Connacht V Toulon (Amlin Challenge Cup Semi Final)
Alex Payne hosting with Dewi Morris and Tyrone Howe, with commentary by Mark Robson and Ieuan Evans. I've forgotten how terrible Live Sports look like in 4:3! |

IRRC: (Main commentary team)
Bradford v Crusaders - Rod Studd and Brian Carney Hull v Quins - Ben Proe and Paul Cullen Warrington v Salford - Bill Arthur and Phil Clarke Leeds v Wakefield - Eddie Hemmings and Mike Stephenson Terry O'Conner was on the first game, lots of rolling pundits Eddie the best, Bill Arthur quite good, Ben Proe is poor and Rod Studd (only done 2 live games before) is far better than Proe |

Army V Navy (Babock Trophy RU)
Johnnie Hamond and Tony Diprose did it for Sky Sports. Was it a Red Button option? Johnnie didn't get off to the best of starts by calling the game the 2000th Babcock Trophy! |

During the brief bit of coverage that was on Sky Sports 2 before the World Twenty20 games started Paul Allott did a weather report and it was mentioned during the Northants v Derbyshire coverage that Jeremy Coney would be at Trent Bridge. I am not sure who the final commentator was and indeed whether they commentated as only 6 overs were bowled. New Zealand v Pakistan - ICC World Twenty20 Group E (Saturday 8th May) Presenter: Ian Ward Pundits: Michael Atherton and Nick Knight Commentary from ICC World Feed team of Simon Doull, Ramiz Raja, Nasser Hussain, David Lloyd, Alan Wilkins and Pommie Mbangwa England v South Africa - ICC World Twenty20 Group E (Saturday 8th May) As per New Zealand v Pakistan |
