I recall some of the Channel 9 commentators commentated for Sky during the last Ashes series and vice versa.

Will this happen again this time?

Sky have definitely got Warney, who although has worked for sky before is very much a 'Channel 9 name'. I guess they might rotate an english commentator on 9 in return.

Hope so. Give me Channel 9's cricket coverage over Sky's anyday of the week even though Richie Benaud is no longer a commentator.

Wish Sky would give viewers the chance to choose Channel 9's coverage like they have done at Ryder Cups and some of the Lion's tours.

Sadly, due to the lack of terrestrial highlights, we won't get to hear Bill Lawry and co this winter. However, over the next few weeks there is a brief Aus v Sri Lanka 20/20 and one day series so that will be the one opportunity.

Based on this, I don't see any clashes. There will be clashed with soccer though, so they may not show all matches live.”

I see from the Premiership website ESPN are due to show Bath V Wasps on the 27th at 5.30pm, and there is the 2nd round of the FA Cup, so I'm wondering whether or not if it's worth subscribing to ESPN (and Sky Sports for the England games) just for that month.”

Going by this TV schedule I saw this morning, only France V Fiji will not be shown live on ESPN.

Time to start counting the pennies mefinks.

Just to confirm, ESPN America have been taking the MLB International feed with Gary and Rick rather than the Fox coverage during their live coverage.

Indeed, well spotted.

After growing up on a diet of Central News at Six (or, more specifically, Mondays at 6.20pm for all the goals from all the local Football League games with Bob Hall), the local news starts at 6pm in my mind.
