Is anyone any the wiser as to when exactly the Beeb are going to broadcast this?

I heard it on the radio in July but haven't found any more news (other than what has been posted here in the past) about a TV transmission date.

There's no news. There's no guarantee that it will ever get a TV transmission at all.

I suppose if it doesnt turn up on Tv it could show up on the series 4 box set this November, well I hope so as the one held at Cardiff a few years back was wonderful.

Last night of the proms is Sat 13th Sept -I won't be surprised if the Doctor Who prom is screened early evening that night -if not then my guess is the bbc are holding it back for a dvd extra and screening over Christmas ..

I really hope they do show it, but I am surprised they have kept it so quiet - I'm sure it will be an extra on the DVD.

A chap from the Proms was chatting to Steve Wright on R2 a few weeks ago and told Wrighty that the Who Prom will be shown at Crimble.
