Hi. if anyone here uses voipcheap.com what do you think of the current call quality? My wife has been complaining about delay and echo a lot lately has anyone else noticed?

No problem with them or their sister services (hosted on the same platform) this is using a Linksys PAP2 ATA.

Anyone having trouble installing the software from voipcheap.com i download and install but when i launch it i get a critical error box pop up saying would i like to try again?

UNABLE TO START THE CORE ENGINE
THE APPLICATION CANNOT CONTINUE
DO YOU WNT TO RESTART THE APPLICATION?

I sugest to download again but save it before installing it and do a bit of clean up on your computer and may defrag if you havent done for a while as if you have downloaded too many things lately your temp folder will make windows a bit flaky when running some applications!

Works fine using a hardware router as our SIP device (Speedtouch 780WP).

May I ask though, to which destination are you calling? It might be a problem affecting a given place. Or are these problems service-wide?
