O2/cellnet Pay Upfront for life

Anyone here on the excellent Pay upfront for Life tarriff?

It is excellent value for money - but how do i check how many minutes i have left?

I'd like to use them all up each month and thus get as much out of the O2 tosspots as i can. Also, someone said that the minutes roll over but i don't beleive that they do

How much does this cost and how many minutes a month do you get? Have you got a link to the correct part of the O2 website?

oops sorry - i should have made it clearer. This is an old tariiff, from just before they changed into O2.
