For TV - Breaking Bad Complete Series on Blu-ray. I haven't bought a Blu-ray in a VERY long time but after watching this show for the second time, I must own it. I look forward to hearing all commentaries and watching the extra featurettes.

Yet more cheapies..........

A Few Good Men (1992)
All About Eve (1950)
The Astronaut's Wife (1999)
Cooties (2014)
Edtv (1999)
Flight 1942 (2016)
The Lord of the Rings (1978 animated version)
Titanic (1996 miniseries. Mainly bought it because it had Marilu Henner's name on the cover. I always liked her in the tv series 'Taxi')
The Virgin Queen (1955)

A VERY mixed bag. £3 for 9 DVDs, though, and the only one I've seen before (back in 1992) is A Few Good Men.

The local Age UK charity shop. Every couple of weeks they stack a load of DVDs and CDs on a table, and anything with a black cross on it is 29p. I've bought loads of discs from them in the last few months. They obviously have far too much stock at the moment, and need to shift it quick.

re. Hard Eight. I'd never even heard of it when I bought it. It looked interesting, so I got it (before someone else did). Don't mind taking a punt on an unknown film at these prices.

Yes, but I should probably stop buying them for a while. I've pretty much become hooked on buying stacks of cheap DVDs. I'll stop.............. soon. Anyway, I bought....

Lucky Number Slevin (2006)
Police Academy (1984, still sealed! Amazing the number of unopened DVDs you see in charity shops)
SAW VI Extreme Edition (2009. I've only seen the first two SAW films. Do I need to watch 3, 4, and 5 before I watch this, or is it pretty much self contained?)

Just bought the 25th Anniversary Edition of The Commitments, mainly because it's in Blu Ray rather than DVD

The Bigfoot Tapes (found footage horror that starts promising but becomes disappointing)
Devil In The Woods (seen it on TV and is a half-decent low budget horror)

Do you just buy DVD's or Blu-Rays too?

Where do you put them all? I lack storage space as it is.. or do you sell them on after?

And I'd watch the SAW movies in order.

I buy DVDs and Blu-rays, but it's mostly been DVDs lately. A few months ago a local charity shop did put a stack of about fifty Blu-rays in their 'Any 4 for £1' section, though, and I bought some of those.

I have plenty of room here. Everything I buy gets watched at least once (eventually!). I end up keeping most of them, but I will sell them on to CeX if I think it's worthwhile. The trade-in value of the majority of DVDs at CeX is £0.01, though, so in most cases it isn't worthwhile. Others can fetch as much as £3 or £4. Music DVDs are often good buys. I basically just enjoy rummaging through old media for 'bargains', though (whether it be books, CDs, video games, or DVDs/Blu-rays). I always have done.

re. SAW. Cheers. I'd best get 3, 4, and 5, then. Might as well re-watch 1 and 2, too.

Have you counted yet how many DVD's/Blu-Rays you have so far?
