Laura will be switching on the Christmas lights in her home town of Bolton on Thursday November 25th. I saw her in Stockport last year and she was really extrovert, speaking to us like we were her friends in the business!

Sounds like she's really getting herself known in the business. The album is taking an age, but if the four songs she's been showcasing are anything to go by it'll be worth the wait.

I really hope she brings something out soon and gets some commercial success. A top 20 hit at least would be good.

While I always have preferred Alex and Diana to her, I still think she should have been in the top 6 of XF that year.

As well as You Should Have Known, I liked the clip of her song Got It Bad. I hope this makes it onto her long overdue album.

Apparently the album will be called "Lyrics In My Underwear". I hope that's true, cos it's a brilliant title. It's been bloody ages in the making, and will be worth it I'm sure.

I'm so looking forward to it.

It will be called that and will be released in 2012
