I'm living overseas and wondering how I'm going to see the new series. I know some of the dances get posted on YouTube but I want to enjoy the whole show and especially Brucie. Any ideas?

Hope you can find something useful here:

Unless you can find someone to save/send it as a file, I think Youtube may be the only option.

Maltipom's youtube clips do cover basically the whole show, not just the dances, so you should get to see most of it.

It depends where you're living. The BBC is available in many western European countries through local cable tv providers. You pay a bit extra but don't need special equipment. I live overseas and can get BBC 1 and 2 and ITV 1 and 2.

BBC i-player is not available to non-uk viewers though, because of restricted transmission rights.

there is a product called a sling box, (if you have a property still in the uk!) you connect your tv to it and the internet and put software on your laptop, then you can watch your tv anywhere in the world via your laptop and the internet. The quality is excellent, even better if you have some kind of hard drive recorder so you can watch at a time of convience rather than live, but you do need a uk tv to connect it to - if you don't have that over here maybe a parent or relative may help? Put slingbox into google and you should find further detail

goodluck

Thanks to SCDancing34 for uploading the whole of the SCD preview show. I'm on the other side of the world from the UK - beyond the reach of BBC One and BBCi-player- but thanks to Youtube and SCDancing34 I will not be missing Series 6. I wasn't sure what I was going to do without my weekly Brucie bonus. SCDancing34, I'd love to know who you are!

If you look for Maltipom2 on YouTube you will see that she too is uploading everything and has already done the preview show. I will be putting the links on Greytop's Everything SCD thread every day once the show starts properly.
