My dad's been trying to watch a DVD but it keeps sticking at the same point.
We've tried other DVDs too and they seem to be sticking when the player switches between layers.
The player is like the Philips DVP3120 but it's the version that can't play DivX movies.
Any ideas? We've tried lens cleaning but that hasn't worked.
