My girlfriend has an amstrad sky digibox but has not seen any interactive services on big brother I wondered if this is a known problem? and how can I fix it?

If you unplug the digi-box itself, leave it for 30 seconds and then plug it back in, it should do the trick, if not post back here!

I lost *all* interactive services! I had to unplug, press bacjkup-button while plugging back in and wait for it to say it was downloading new software to refresh it all. Then I had interactivity back...
