Did anyone else hear that Sharon was returning???
I was talking to my mum who said that she say it on TV3 (Irish tv channel) earlier today. Can't imagine it being true.

well on an episode of TV3's Xposé aired on August 15, 2008. Simon Cowell hinted at a possible launch for an Irish edition of the X Factor series maybe she will be a judge on there

Awwww I'd love to see her back, Who knows....They should well boot Dannii and have Sharon back!!!!

If Sharon does return, i'm sure people will see through it as yet another publicity stunt. Personally I hope she does come back, I kinda miss her bless her!

Did anyone see GMTV yesterday morning? The entertainment corresspondant said he definately put his money on Sharon returning, ITV know there are a sum of people complaining..

It's a publicity stunt. ITV have known from day 1 she will be returning.

SHe couldn't do the auditions because of her work in America. But come the live shows, she won't have work. So expect some huge story about Sharon coming back and one of the other judges leaving.

Never thought I'd say this but I want Sharon back.

I don't think she will be back though. They can't have five judges on, and they won't chuck Cheryl or Dannii. We need Dannii off and Shazza back!

I was told something way back in June about Sharon leaving by someone i know very close to it all, some chose to believe some don't. But I was told Sharon would be back come the live shows.. she will NOT be a judge though.. she will be some sort of consultant to the contestants.. thats all I know.

I can't see why or how she'd be a consultant to the contestants.

I don't no the in's and out, like I'm guessing Brian Friedman is a like another part for the contestants with the cheorgraphy.. so she could have a role like he does but for something else, who knows.

I would love Sharon to come back, but I really don't think she will. She is so busy in America, and with all the anti XF stories in the press, maybe she is better off out of it.

She's not busy from October to Xmas.. AGT finishes the 1st October. Charm School has been filmed. So she's free..

The thaught of 4 months with the current judges is unbearable.

Sharon returning would draw in mega audiences. Sharon Osbourne is The X Factor. It just doesent work without her.

I know what you mean, having them 4 right through to the final puts me off. I can't say Ive actually come across more than 10 people that think that them 4 are a great mix and love it..

I haven't watched since the first week but if Sharon came back i'd definitely tune in again.

IMO Xfactor has moved on from sharon, im loving new judge cheryl dont really want her back now

I would like to see Sharon back instead of Dannii as she doesn't seem to say much. I also think Cheryl is starting to rule the roost and we need a stronger female character to match her.

I'd prefer her NOT to come back! I don't want to see Dannii leave, though. Would prefer Pete Waterman and Nicki Chapman to replace Louis and Cheryl!

danni had 2 off her 3 contestants in the final and was a full on mentor
i thought sharon was too laid back and didnt do that well with any of her contestants in any series
