"In Time:The Best Of REM", is out on Oct 27th......

Top draw yet pretty interesting-what would you have put on here? Shiny Happy People, The One I Love, Lotus, Finest Worksong, Strange Currencies etc all missing.....

Is it not a rights issue? Presumably the early stuff is missing due to the back catalogue still being the property of their old record company?

There's no way they'd INTENTIONALLY miss off The One I Love or It's The End Of The World As We Know It...

dunno - athough the album is titled *In Time - Best of REM 1988-2003*

presumably they're all singles, but some great album tracks would be stuff like *hope*, *leave*, *belong* & *country feedback*.

I only know rem stuff from 91 onwards, my dad tells me they were better in the 80's.

One i love is great song which should be there.

The BEst Of REM is a two CD set, so whats songs are on the second CD? I know they are B-Sides and rarities, but any ideas?
