I would really like to know if anyone knows for sure if Strictly Come Dancing and It Takes Two are available on BBCiplayer once the shows have aired on TV.

Don't know for sure, but there is no reason why they shouldn't be. The only shows that are not shown on iplayer are overseas shows where there are rights issues.

I don't think they were on iPlayer last year, but perhaps that was before the full service launched.

I really hope they are, I can't see why they wouldn't be. Plus iplayer is in full swing now and last year it had only just started.

I think they were available.

Actually, yes, they definitely were - I remember downloading a couple of episodes of ITT and one of the Sunday shows.

Although they did seem to take a while to become available (a couple of days or so), which hopefully will be improved this year.

I obviously hadn't joined the iPlayer revolution then. I didn't need to when I had the office V+ box to play with...

The really annoying thing is I will miss 2 weeks of SCD because I'll be in America - and stupid the BBC website won't let American ISPs use iPlayer. I'll have to tape it all and watch it when I get back. Boo!
