Question about my new tv

I just got a 32 inch 4 series lcd tv and im using it as a monitor as well as a tv, im just wondering should i be worried about screen burn from the start bar, side bar etc?

No. LCDs don't suffer from screen burn.

You can get image retention, which is a temporary effect, as compared with screen burn which is permanent on Plasma's.
