From BBCi:

"Me and Stuart started a band when I was 12. Emotionally to me this is heartbreaking, I love him like a brother, but commitment-wise there have been issues since Just Enough Education To Perform," Kelly Jones said.

"We've tried resolving them but things stayed the same. Myself and Richard miss Stuart already, a band is like a gang and a lot of the time he simply wasn't there, although it was our fault to allow this situation to develop in the first place."

One down, only one to go eh Kelly!

Kelly Jones is the biggest idiot in the music industry. His ego is the size of... uh, a really big thing.

He keeps forgetting that he hasn't written a good song since 1997 too. I used to be a big fan of that band, but now they've descended to laughable levels. They're just a joke, basically.

Tripe... Only got fans who fancy Kelly Jones...

A joke drummer has been dropped from a joke band... Big deal...

Ive got to say that their first two albums were good but theyve slumped badly since. I went to see them and Feeder at Wembley back in 2001 and its almost as if Kelly Jones apologised because they had to play the J.E.E.P stuff....

I agree, Word Gets Around especially still gets rolled out every now and then. I even saw them on the tour for that album, and they were superb.

But after the 2nd album it all went a bit tats up!

It seems he lost interest when they made the third album and I don't blame him because it's not very good and the new one isn't much cop either. The first two albums I thought were great, but it seems that Kelly Jones has grown too big for his boots. I think he totally sold out on the third album when he changed the formula from catchy rocky songs to poppier songs just to shift CD's and the fourth one is just too bizare and totally kills it when he does his own backing vocals on some tracks. I know if I were the drummer I wouldn't want to be playing them songs on tour.

Have to agree, they do seem to have gone off the rails, possibly they believe in their own hype now.

Next they'll be make statements like they invented the question mark(see austin powers)

He did seem happy enough, dont think I've seen a happier drummer, or one with as much hair.

I feel The Kelly Jones Experience will be rolling into town soon enough.
