don't feel guilty for keeping her in i have only ever had indoor cats as i have heard some pretty nasty tales of what people who don't like cats will stoop to also my ossie is not a well boy he had cat flu as a kitten and the people that i got him off didn't treat it so its with him for life now so going outside would literally kill him

As I said earlier our female kitten used to push her bum in our male cats face constantly. Even though he was neutered his instincy took over and he tried to mount her a few times.
I didn't know wether to feel sorry for him or her - she was obviously gagging for it and he couldn't perform
Still... I improved my aim quite well during those couple of weeks. I could launch a slipper from 20ft at them without even opening my eyes when they started creating at 5am in teh morning!

With puppies you yelp if they bite during play because that's what their litter mates would do, and then you ignore them for a short while. They quickly learn that biting means no attention and they stop. You just need the cat equivalent of this.

Not a bad idea actually (she loves hands and feet under the duvet etc) however at present she only bites me so I don't want encourage her so she then thinks she can bite everyone!!!

I do a pretty good yowl, maybe that would work! Trouble with cats is they don't have any moral sense, and dogs do - cats really couldn't care less if they're hurting you, it's your problem!

We found that with our cat before she was spayed. She was really embarrassing with my partner, but i wasn't her type, apparently.
She's still a sexpot even though she's been spayed, flirting and presenting.

My daughter's neutered tom has a harem of 3 females, and he does his best, too. She told me that a member of another forum said that using a Q tip will do the trick of satisfying the female, but we've never tried it!

Try an authoritative voice, works with my tom. If she doesn't make eye contact with you after you've spoken sternly to her you know its worked, she's being submissive to you.
