This is how I make mine -
8 oz caster sugar 8 oz margarine 1 jar golden syrup 2 table spoons of unsweetened cocoa powder Half a bar Belgian cooking chocolate Melt marg in a pot, add sugar and syrup and cook over a medium heat until sugar has dissolved, add cocoa and mix well. Add the chocolate, stir until melted. Add rice crispies or cornflakes and mix until evenly coated. Spoon into cake cases and sprinkle with sugar strands or edible glitter, leave to cool and enjoy. |
