Wireless Distibution
I am looking for some product that will distribute the analogue signal from my roof top antenna to 4 tvs without the need for running wires round my house receivable by indoor antenna.
It would also need to be possible for a different channel to be watched on each tv if neccesary and something fairly inexpensive as it is only for the four Irish channels being received. Thanks in advance |

what your asking for here is m initure version of a TV transmitter tower and four seperate TV aerials. It would be far two costly and probably illegal to do since you would be re-broadcasting even if only very locally. The cheapset alternative which would get you what you want is to have 4 seperate TV aerials or go for a signal ditribution box but you would have the wires I'm afraid. I don't see a viable method of doing it without the wires or expense. Another alterantive would be to have the one aerial coming in to 4 tuners (for the 4 different channels) and then have each channel sent by a different video radio distributer working on different channels to the others to not cause interference. Each TV would howver need 4 seperate video recievers. So that's 16 recievers and 4 senders! as I say very expensive.
A good installer should be able to get wires around your house without them being seen much if at all. |
