And so after a massive couple of months away the Kaiser Chiefs are back with 'Never Miss A Beat'. Produced by Mark Ronson and featuring guest vocals from Lily Allen and New Young Pony Club, its a song bursting with their trademark energy.

To be honest I think any song with the lyrics: What do you want for tea? I want Crisp just randomly is a winner...

Great tune, good to see them back

wow it was rally worthwhile lilly allen and NYPC joining in wasnt it!!

Pretty bland song to be honest. Their 1st album was awesome, but nothing else since has matched it.

I like the way Kaiser Chiefs slagged off Indie bands for being boring, then produced a song that sounds exactly like every other song they've done. Perhaps they're being ironic.

What on earth happened to the Kaisers? The first album was great. After that bleeding dire IMO.

Musically they have little talent, and are usually saved by catchy lyrics and chants. This new song has niether. Sounds like two songs spliced together (badly).

Makes you wonder just how bad the rest of the album is, if this is the best they can do for a first release.

I see Ronson's putting himself about a bit again.

No doubt this will win him next year's single male artist at next year's Brits.

Looks like Lily Allen wants a piece of the action too, in between doing TV and borrowing other people's music.

I guess this is just a favour because the Kaisers appeared on Lily Allen and Mark Ronson's single?
A bit of back-slapping self indulgence really isn't it?

I like it and I'll no doubt get the album next month. They stick to a very simple formula which generally works although I have doubts about their longevity.

Took me a while to like it, but I doubt they will ever be as good as the first album again.

So the kaiser chiefs who said the public now liked them more than Oasis first of all back out of a head to head with Oasis themselves. But now they've delayed their album by another week to avoid Keane.

Of course they didn't openly admit the fact they stood no chance of number one but instead have blamed:

"Packaging problems".

Joke of a band.
