My ipod touch wallpaper isn't changing. Getting wallpaper from customize and then you change your mind and find out you can't change back to the original wallpaper I'm tried resetting it but no joy

Can anybody help me?

Did you do a Factory Reset, "Reset all Settings" It should put the settings back to default.

If its really bothering you then Maybe you could do a Firmware Restore.

Surely you go back into Settings > General > Wallpaper > then either "Wallpaper" or "Saved Photos" and select another image? Thats how I do it.

The default Wallpaper is the Earth picture I believe.

I go and select the wallpaper I want but it doesn't change
It's annoying as I don't want the same wallpaper forever.

Hmm somethings not quite right there.
Have you tried deleting the offending Image from Photos to see if it deletes it as the wallpaper too?

If not, id suggest popping into your nearest Apple Store (if you have one) and booking a quick appointment at the Genius Bar or iPod Bar. They should be able to sort it out.
