Don't know if it's possible or not - but don't do it.

Buy a separate surround system, and a BluRay player.

that's the kind of thing Bang & Olufsen would make and cost several thousand pounds.

the only way you'd achieve that set up is with separate components. the wireless rear speaker thing is do'able, but the the blu-ray multi changer is very unlikely, especially here in the UK. it's entirely possible such a device(changer) may exist in the US or japan, where demand for such exotic hardware is high enough to warrant production.

so, as has been said. no, it's not possible.

Samsung do an all in one Blueray system but it's not wireless or multi disc, it will set you back £1k.

Agree with Nigel, buy a system comprising of a separate receiver, speakers and player.

£500 is still pushing it IMO.

Look at the Sony STRDG820 £249

Yamaha NSP110 £80

Samsung BDP1400 £150

To be honest you will need to up the budget as a better speaker package would be needed to compliment the amp IMO.

Tannoy EFF5.1 Silver £150

ONKYO SKSHT518 £170

Tannoy EFX5.1 Black £199

No such thing on the market at present as far as I know.

No doubt they will be given time.

Doubt you'll see a multi change blu-ray full stop. The preference for multi-change CD players seemed to fade about 4 years ago probably in-line with the rise of the iPod/mps player domination of multi album players.
The demand for DVD players with multi disc was never very high as people do not tend to watch multiple films one-after-another.
The Panasonic SC-BT100 might be a option for you as it has an iPod dock for the storage of music and Blu-ray with wireless speaker options. BUT it is over your budget by about £200. Still worth considering though!!
